To begin your Lone Wolf elopement journey, start by filling in our contact form in as much detail as you can, this will give us a great foundation to start brain-storming what your perfect day would look like. Once we have received your form, we will arrange an free initial consultation call with you. Here, we will talk in more details about what you can expect from Lone Wolf elopements, whether that be a full 3 day affair, or an intimate afternoon. This also serves as a perfect opportunity for you to tell us more about your unique love story (i.e. how you met etc), your hobbies, your favourite food, your dream elopement scenario, your fave movies, and all that good stuff, so that we have a good picture of you both, and are able to start planning your dream elopement with both your personalities at the core of the planning.

After we hang up, we will get to work on planning what your bespoke elopement might look like. We will send you a proposal brochure within the week, with 3 different elopement ideas. These will vary based on the information you told us on our call, and each one will evoke a different vibe, have different sample menus, and vary in price and location - each proposal will include our baseline offerings i.e. elopement planning, professional photography, your bespoke dinner menu, a wonderful celebrant, a small bridal bouquet. It is difficult to offer a price, as no two elopements will be the same, no two menus will be the same, nor will the accommodation, but as an extremely rough guideline, for an elopement of 2 people, prices will start from approx. £3000.

In order for planning to fully commence, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit of your initial quote in order to secure your preferred date, then the fun can really start!

Lois will begin the planning of your wonderful elopement. We want our couples to really trust our vision, and relax knowing that everything is being taken care of, so that all you need to worry about is turning up looking fabulous. However, we will be available to chat via WhatsApp throughout the planning process, and we will schedule a few check ins ahead of the big day, where Lois will tell as much or as little details to you as you wish to know!

So whilst the planning will be well underway, we will arrange a more detailed call with Chef Joe - on this call you will run through all of your likes and dislikes, allergies, preferences etc - Joe is an extremely talented and creative chef, so it may be that you want to give him a couple of buzz words and leave him to do his thing and let his imagination run wild! Or tell him to recreate something that you’ve seen on the TV, read in a book, learned about in history, or a classic family recipe, with his 18 years of experience in a professional kitchen, he would love to do his own creative spin on anything you can think of, in order to make this dining experience completely bespoke to you, a once in a lifetime meal, and one that you will never forget.

A final call will take place a couple of weeks before the big day, where we will just rehash timings, confirm all the details, and make sure you are both happy and ready for this wonderful adventure. So, for your free consultation - hit the button below!
